We hold meditation and yoga classes for our clients here at Integrative Therapeutics. Meditation has been used for centuries as a way to calm the mind and heal the body. Our hands-on approach to teaching meditation will help you to create your own practice in no time.

Meditation has been proven to increase mental health in numerous ways. For instance, it is a proven way to cope with stress. We teach guided meditation first. This then allows you to be able to meditate on your own.
Yoga is an ancient practice, long used for strengthening the body, calming the mind and stoking good energies throughout. Simple breathing techniques, gentle movements and stretches, exercises and postures can help you address physical and emotional difficulties. This gentle modality is good for people of all ages and abilities and will contribute to a happy, healthy body and life.
